Our Team

Mary Hintz, CPA, MST - Shareholder

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (Bachelor’s in Accounting and Master’s in Taxation), Mary has provided financial reporting and tax services for businesses in various industries, nonprofit organizations, and international enterprises for over 15 years. A member of both the AICPA and WICPA, Mary has extensive experience serving as a volunteer and former President and Treasurer for multiple organizations in the Milwaukee area.  Mary enjoys cooking, listening to music, and spending time by the water in the beautiful Wisconsin summers.

Alan Giuffre, CPA, PFS – Shareholder

Alan has served private businesses, their owners, and individuals with tax, accounting, and advisory services since 1975. A graduate of the University of Illinois with a Bachelor’s in Accounting, he has presented for classes at Marquette University and at tax planning seminars.  He is also a member of the AICPA, WICPA, and the Wisconsin Association of Accountants.  

Alan currently has served on the  board of directors for the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music, and has been elected Treasurer for two separate terms. Alan also served as Treasurer for St. Charles Parish in Hartland, Wisconsin for twenty years, as a financial advisory board member for the Lake Country Players for eight years, and as a member ambassador for the Hartland Chamber of Commerce. Alan enjoys playing guitar, golf, and working in his gourmet vegetable garden.

Ansam Jarabaa, MBA – Manager

Ansam Jarabaa is an accomplished accounting professional with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin Parkside. With a passion for helping clients thrive, Ansam combines a strong foundation in both accounting and business management to deliver tailored accounting services that drive growth, enhance financial strategies, and ensure compliance.

Outside of her professional work, Ansam enjoys long walks, traveling, and immersing herself in new cultures. These experiences foster a broad perspective that enriches both her personal and professional life. Her dedication to lifelong learning and growth extends beyond the office, as she is always eager to explore new ideas and experiences.

Brendan Fleming, CPA – Manager

Brendan Fleming is a dedicated tax and accounting professional with deep experience in partnership tax, individual tax, payroll functions and nonprofit accounting. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (Bachelor’s in Spanish Language and Master’s in Accounting) before pursuing CPA certification and membership in both the AICPA and WICPA.

In his free time, Brendan enjoys time with his family, cooking and reading. He is a big fan of word puzzles and catching up with old friends.

Our team also currently includes 6 dedicated accounting and tax support staff.
